About Us
Raised in Kitchener, Ontario, Jose Andino has building in his blood. From a young age, he was mentored by his father, honing his construction skills around the greater Toronto area and the tri-city regions.
Amanda Andino was raised in Bruce and Grey county and possesses a keen sense for human interaction, business administration, and accounting services.
Together, they formed And-Rod Construction: a full-scale construction service company in Northern Bruce Peninsula. The Andino’s foster a sense of family in their workplace, much like they do in their home and their attention to detail, professionalism, and craftsmanship is matched only by their ambition to create a team-centered environment that focuses on growth, safety, and positivity.
With heavy involvement in their local community’s infrastructure, the Andino’s understand that a living space is so much more than that. That is why they treat each project with a level of care and pride that reflects the values they hold dear.
